Minutes from 12/3/19
No treasurer report. Money spent this month was limo lunch prize from fundraiser.
1. Santa Workshop - Volunteer list complete and student volunteers are also helping. Set up for this will be held this Saturday at 10 am in the empty classroom located in 2nd grade. K-4 will shop Monday through Thursday.
2. Christmas Classroom Party will be Friday December 20. Volunteers to arrive at 1 with party at 1:30. Grade chairs are responsible for finding classroom volunteers and getting your list to Brynn as soon as possible to turn into the office. If any grades would like to peruse our shed filled with games of Christmas' past, please come this Saturday at 10 am and you can call dibs.
3. Yearbook - Lisa Driscoll will head the team to work with the newly chosen online company Blossom Books to create the yearbook. A way to encourage photo submission was discussed with possibly creating an incentive such as gift card to the teacher who submits the most photos.
4. Valentine's Day Ideas - Carnation/Candy Gram sale was discussed with Leslie Agueda offering to make the candy at cost.
5. Family Dance Update - Tiffany's will contact Brynn in January. It was voted to have a Chinese auction baskets at the event.
6. End of Year Party - Possibly changing gym activity to Jungle Terry. Miller to check with Mr. Gibson to see if this is permitted.
7. 4th grade Farewell - this will be held either May 26 or 27. Parent meeting will be held in January.
8. Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards arrive this Friday December 6. High school and middle school will have theirs sent home with the students. Elementary will have pick up this Friday from 3-4. A one call will be done to announce this to all parents.
