District Welcomes New Administrators

Stephanie Oyster

Brookfield Middle School welcomes new Assistant Principal, Stephanie Oyster, to the Warrior family!

Mrs. Oyster comes to us from the Weathersfield Local School District where she has been teaching English Language Arts since 2016. Prior to that, she taught the same at Pymatuning Valley and also provided tutoring services in local schools. She is a 2008 graduate of Youngstown State University and has Master’s Degrees in both Leadership and School Administration.

Mrs. Oyster says she is looking forward to learning more about the district’s culture and what makes it uniquely Brookfield and can’t wait to begin her new role. “I’m looking forward to collaborating with teachers and staff to help promote learning that ensures student success,” she says. “I’m excited to help launch our new ELA curriculum this year, and look forward to meeting the wonderful families that make up our district!”

Outside of school, Mrs. Oyster enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, and tries to hit the gym when she can!
Welcome, Mrs. Oyster!

Nick Wagner

Promising to be a visible presence in the BHS hallways, new Assistant Principal Nick Wagner says he’s excited about this new role he’s taking on!

Prior to joining our Warrior family, Mr. Wagner was an intervention specialist with Warren City Schools and has spent the last 18 years coaching track and other sports. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University and has Master’s Degrees in both Special Education and School Administration.  Mr. Wagner says he is excited to be a part of the unique, educational experience here at Brookfield and is looking forward to getting his ‘boots on the ground!’ “There are so many amazing things going on here at Brookfield High School, I’m excited to be part of it,” he says. “I am looking forward to working with the staff and the students to continue building good, working relationships so we can have a positive impact on our school and community.”

Outside of school, Mr. Wagner is an avid Ohio State University fan and adds now that he’s no longer coaching he has more time to watch the Buckeyes, but more importantly, he also has more time to spend with his wife and young son. Mr. Wagner is set to welcome his second child in the fall of 2023.

Excited to have you, Mr. Wagner!
