Brookfield Local Schools celebrated the grand opening of the new Brookfield Regional Career & Learning Center on Tuesday, August 18, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and facility tours for invited guests.

The new center represents a significant investment in educational innovation and community partnerships. It will serve as a hub for career readiness, workforce development and community services, providing expanded opportunities for Brookfield students, families and residents.

Programming and services housed at the center include Industry 4.0, Building Trades, Career-Based Intervention, Warrior Online Academy, Esports, School Liaison offices and SCOPE Senior Services. The facility will also include a community food pantry operated in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank.

The project was made possible through nearly $2 million in grant funding, which allowed Brookfield Local Schools to transform the former Tiffany’s building into a modern learning environment.

“The Brookfield Regional Career & Learning Center represents our vision of preparing students for success while serving the needs of our entire community,” Superintendent Toby Gibson said. “This facility brings together innovative educational programming, workforce development opportunities and essential community resources in one location. We are incredibly grateful to our partners and grant funders who helped make this vision a reality.”

Brookfield Local Schools extends its appreciation to the local, state and community partners whose support helped bring the project to completion. The district looks forward to the center’s lasting impact on generations of Warriors to come.
