All students entering 12th grade are required, by the Ohio Department of Health, to receive a booster Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccination. Written proof of updated vaccination is required within 14 days of the start of the school year. The Brookfield Local School District is accepting open enrollment applications for new students until Thursday, May 30, 2024. As a reminder, open enrollment is for students who live outside of the Brookfield Local School District and do not currently attend one of our schools. Out-of-state applications can not be accepted. We look forward to welcoming families to our upcoming Winter Concert on Thursday, December 7! The event is free and open to the public.
