Athletic Hall of Fame

The Brookfield Local School District inducted its first class in the Athletic Hall of Fame in the Fall of 2011. These honorees were graduates who have achieved success on the court, mat or field of competition. If you know of a well-qualified and deserving graduate who has been out of school at least ten (10) years, complete the form below and return it to the Brookfield High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee, or to the Brookfield Local Schools Board Office. It is essential that your nomination form is complete, legible, and accurate. The current Hall of Fame Selection Committee will choose up to five (5) inductees for this honor. Selections will be based on nominations and additional information received from friends, families, and the individuals themselves.The Nomination form is attached:

Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame

The Brookfield Local School District inducted its first class of outstanding graduates into the Brookfield High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in September 2019. These honorees were graduates who have achieved success in their careers and/or have made significant contributions in their fields, as well as to society, their state or on a larger scale. The honorees inducted into the Hall of Fame must be graduates of Brookfield High School,  

If you know of a well-qualified and deserving graduate who has been out of school at least ten (10) years, complete the form below and return it to the Brookfield High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame Committee, or to the Brookfield Local Schools Board Office. Community Service Honor Cord at Graduation

If your High School Student would like to earn an Honors Cord at Graduation, earning Community Service Hours is a great opportunity.  This is a voluntary method of helping the community and being recognized for your efforts.
 
In order to earn a Community Service Honors Cord student in each graduating class will need the following:
Class or 2020 needs 10 documented hours
Class of 2021 needs 20 documented hours
Class of 2022 needs 30 documented hours
Class of 2023 needs 40 documented hours
